Avoid! I sent a large and very heavy item that went missing. The item was worth £2350 and all insurance options were disabled due to the price of the unit. I thought it was a Next Day Delivery service and quite simply items like this don't just go missing! Customer services were very unhelpful, Parcel Monkey are not a member of any Alternative Dispute Resolutions Programs and I feel like they don't care a less, informing me there is nothing they can do after 2 days of raising the issue. In addition, they misled on their reviews as the star system next to the courier service is not actually for that courier service, it is for all companies!
