I paid extra for next day delivery and waited in all day ...3 days later it arrived.
Extremely frustrating as the tracking link did not work and no one would tell me the courier tracking number was so I could contact the courier.
When I asked for a partial refund I was told Parcel Monkey have small print which states they are not liable if the courier does not deliver as paid for!
Refused to entertain a partial refund for the extra I'd paid for next day delivery
