Parcel Monkey charged me in the wrong currency and I incurred a fee. They have no customer service and cannot be contacted other than over live chat which can take up to an hour for an answer. On my first attempt someone tried to reply to the open window several hours later.
The money you save is cancelled out by any problem being impossible to deal with.
