Warning !!Do not Use Parcel Monkey book from the provider directly!!
My parcel which i insured was never delivered , after month of chasing it arrived all broken and few items missing , very bad customer service !! they takes ages to reply and then just advised : we will not compensate , just like that without any explanation ! BE AWARE !!!
