God help you if you deal with these people! First red flag should be that they have no telephone number to call in case of an issue! Also, 2 orders I had with them both went horribly wrong! Firstly, an item broken in transit by courier I had to claim for, they need pictures of the damage in order to claim!!! How on earth do you provide that when you sent the parcel that wasn’t broken- you cannot claim without pictures! Also, they claim that couriers who do not arrive, pick up items that never left and do not bother to try to investigate this occurrences! Steer well clear of this company, they literally do not know how to communicate- hence no contact details for them!
