Sent a signed boxing glove in a small box to the USA
The parcel weighed less than 1kg, after delivery I was billed a further £20+ for the parcel being overweight - 10kg!!!!
How many boxing gloves weigh 10kg?!!
This is the second time this has happened and they immediately take the money from your account unless you have photo proof of the weight AND dimensions of the parcel
Absolute scammers that I would definitely avoid at all costs. No customer service number to call and quite honestly they blatantly rob you as they please
