ZERO stars. They lost my package over a month ago. FedEx asked them to send a waiver so that they can reimburse me for the lost items. It was a package of birthday gifts for my daughter. It's not that complicated.
FedEx wrote three weeks ago: The claim is still needing a wavier for the shipper for a settlement with you, at this time we currently do not have one on file.
AWFUL, HORRIBLE, UNRESPONSIVE - the worst shipping experience I have ever had.
