I shipped two parcels with Parcel Monkey, both on a next day delivery service.
One parcel was picked up a day late and delivered 4 days late.
The other parcel was delivered one day late.
I contacted Parcel Monkey for a partial refund, and received a template response that said they wouldn't give me a refund as it was not a guaranteed service.
While I can accept that things go wrong, and the one package that arrived a day late isn't horrendous, they ignored that I had to wait 2 days for the other package to be picked up (as the driver never collected it on the first day) and that it was delivered 4 days late.
What's worse is that they can get a 50% refund from Parcel Force for one of them, and refuse to pass on the refund to me.
I will not be using Parcel Monkey again.
