Failed to collect item, for next day delivery, state they can rebook, but that's not the point. I paid for this item to be delivered tomorrow( Friday ), now it will be Monday earliest. No offer of a refund, compensation ect. I am paying for next day and getting 4 day service. AVOID THIS COMPANY
