I had an awful experience with parcel monkey - I booked the delivery of my parcel on the 6th of April to drop the parcel off with Parcelforce that day and received an email saying that I would receive my label within 30 minutes however the e mail and label were never received - I contacted parcel monkey via their online chat ( as that is the only way to contact them) on four consecutive days trying to find out where my label was and the response I received was that they were having technical issues in issuing labels and that there would be a slight delay - I explained that five days late was not a slight delay and I had no other option but to cancel my order and request a refund - the parcel was a birthday present for my grandson in Canada and the parcel is still here with me - extremely frustrating and disappointing - I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company their customer service is abysmal - They have said I will be refunded in 5 days so here’s hoping -i received no apology or offer of compensation - give them a miss😡🤯😤
