Sent a parcel to New Zealand and the parcel was returned to . I asked parcel monkey why, still waiting on a reply, they don’t answer e-mails , sent several without reply. I then sent a parcel to the south of England with it well labelled “fragile” yet it was battered about and the item inside damaged. Awful firm, DO NOT USE. I wish I had read these reviews before I used them.
