I would prefer not to give a star rating as I don’t feel parcel monkey deserve any they are the worst delivery service I have ever used. I felt they had no intention of sending my parcel I paid £46:51 to send it then they wouldn’t deliver back to my address without a cost of a further £19:99. There’s no phone number to contact them they only said there were crisps and sweets so couldn’t send it they would not refund any money, we have never had this problem before when sending parcels to Taiwan so i will be sticking with myHermes who managed to deliver the same parcel with no problem?
