I run my own ecommerce business and had to ship 50 parcels weighing 6kg on average and spent over £3500 shipping it all across from the US to the UK. I chose a 4–14 days service. A month later, over 50% are still undelivered.
I would ABSOLUTELY avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete scam and does not deliver in all senses of the phrase and literally! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
