Arranged pick up for today. Got a phone call asking if parcel ready...yes of course...ok we'll pick up tomorrow. !! If the parcel was not ready how in the name of sanity did i get weight and measurements. So 24 hour delivery has automatically gone to 48 hours. Rub..bish
