I used parcel monkey previously and they debited my card for more money because they said I didn’t measure the item properly. This time I double checked and weighed the Football shirt I was sending to NZ as under 1kg. Parcel monkey have debuted my card again saying the football top weighed 1.5 kg. Not possible. This is clearly a scam. Do not use them once they have your card details they’ll debut it for more money
