Booked DX to pick up my parcel next day. By 4.30 they still hadn't arrived.
Contacted Parcel Monkey live chat, they had chased it up a few hours previously but hadn't heard back from DX, said they couldn't do anything & asked me to wait till 6.
I cancelled and took the parcel to the PO.
Awful company with shocking customer service!
