Absolutely awful service - got a quote for £10 off their website and paid by card. Took item to post office for a parcelforce collection and it was rejected because parcel monkey had low quoted - my delivery was completely ruined for this reason and left my customer unhappy.
No telephone number to contact them on - live chat was awful
