Shocking. Booked and paid for with extended insurance, dropped off at the DPD shop and receipt given.
Item never obtained any further scans and was declared lost by DPD.
Parcel Monkey refuse to compensation for the item (even though full insurance was paid extra for) .
Having to take to Small Claims Court to recover the loss.
