Hello,
I'm waiting for my parcel for 4 months from the UK to France, they don't want to tell me what's going on and keep asking me to complete forms. I've already complete 5 times the SAME one and they keep telling me: if you don't complete it we won't investigate. They should have already done it. Then they start again to ask me to complete an other similar form... it seems they are kidding me. Of course they charged me and I've lost for £600 of things. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM
