5 collections, for 2 parcels, couriers completely failed, then damaged my goods thus my clients demanded full refunds. ParcelMonkey won't take any responsibility.
ParcelMonkey tactics are delay, ask questions and make it as hard as possible to get a refund. Dirty tactics. AND I took insurance on each of these deliveries!! Bunch of ...... %$£&$^%£
