shocking service, decided to take an additional £50 after the parcel was delivered stating it was not the size that i sent, when disputed told it was a charge passed from the courier on contacting the courier was told they had not charged and was solely down to parcelmonkey. AVOID this company at all cost. they don't want to know once they have taken your money
