I am someone that does not write bad reviews - it takes something really bad to leave a bad review. Parcel Monkey are quite simply the worst courier agent out there! We get that things can go wrong, however, Parcel Monkey will never pay out on a legitimate claim (not even refund the delivery for something that's supposedly never been collected, despite photographic evidence), no matter how overwhelming the evidence. We've had two such cases, which are beyond ridiculous. After this second occasion, I will never use Parcel Monkey again. I implore you to instead use Parcel2Go. If your parcel is too big to send by Parcel2Go, use a pallet company, instead of sending through Parcel Monkey. They are seriously that bad as an agent!
