Worst service ever, parcel arrived over a week late ( spent days on the phone chasing it up as customer service did not even know which courier it was with). When it did arrive the box was damaged and items missing. Paid protection insurance for 100 gbp offered 20gbp as a " good will gesture " . After using the company previously you would think they would be less insulting to retain business.
