Terrible company. Sent a parcel beginning of March. Took several days to deliver but was automatically refused as all businesses shut down due to Covid. So 12 weeks later from sending it the parcel has turned up at its depot asking me for another £17 to have it returned to me as I had seemingly wrote down the wrong address this is even after DPD confirmed by email that it was returned due to businesses being closed.
