Their customer service was the worst I had in my life and I am not exaggerating. The customer service representatives were giving confusing and wrong information all the time to me. their communication with DPD was at least poor and because of their incompetence I lost all my clothing and professional equipment (total value of £2000).
To be more precise, many of their representatives one day they were telling me one thing and the next day the were claiming the opposite. They were never helpful or did anything at all to help the situation.
Parcel Monkey requested some information from me(photos, description of the items and parcels etc.) and it took them TWO WEEKS to send this information to DPD.
They were ignoring my messages in the the open thread and the investigation was stalling because they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
Even if the send your staff for free, avoid them. As I said, worst experience ever.
