Parcel Monkey are the absolute worst. No customer support, no care for the package, no care for the customer. Waiting on a simple update on an overnight delivery within the UK which is now running to its 7th day. The help-desk just fob you off without update to meet their SLA and they do nothing. You can't call them, all you can do is keep sending a message to their help-desk, and they just respond to make sure that they start the clock again with some inane update like "we're looking into it" or "please hold".
The company is in either complete disarray or a scam. Do not trust, they do not care and you will just send them dozens of messages without any conclusion - just go with a reputable company.
Update - for the Parcel Monkey update below they just told me that they've emailed the courier - after 5 days of telling me the same thing - they feel that sending another mail and waiting more is appropriate. Don't be fooled they are scamming this platform and playing the reviews. Read the bad ones - they are honest.
Update: Day 7, the courier have now advised that they lost the parcel. Parcel Monkey have been updated but they still maintain that they have no further information. Lying, misleading, stealing my property - the list goes on - DO NOT USE - they are a scam!
