absolutely disgusting. Quick enough to take your money but you will have a huge fight on your hands if your item is smashed by their couriers, (in this case Parcelforce). Paid and booked online through Paypal, my item was insured for £200,00 as it was a costly guitar body. Of course it got smashed by Parcel force and i had to open a claim through Parcel monkey who are now beating around the bush and trying desperately to avoid the issue. They have even told me that they will refund my Paypal transaction which will make my claim void and they will not have to arrange settlement. Absolutely disgusting and know nothing of the law.
