5 problems in 2 months, 2 taking cash from my bank without authorization and overcharging for parcels that were the correct weight. 3 missing parcels.
I understand the current situation but the staff just stonewall you when you try to seek remedy. These used to be good, but they have fell apart recently unlike some other very reliable courier services.
