I insured the delivery of a TV. I clearly stated in the description during the purchase of Insurance that the Item was a TV. After they delivered my TV damaged they refused to pay for the damage telling me that TVs are not included in T&C of Insurance. They accepted and kept the money I paid for the insurance knowing the content was a TV.
The support told me to write a complain and so I did. They didn't even bother to reply.
On my opinion This is a scam and consumer should be protected!!!
