Paid additional pricey insurance for a heavy parcel I was returning in its original packaging to the supplier. It arrived damaged and looked like it had been dropped, dragged along the floor. It was a heavy carton and I was charged accordingly, as over 25kg I assume it was a 2 man lift. But on that basis it wouldn't have been so damaged. Parcel Monkey refused my claim for the £39 worth of damage I was deducted by the company for the returned goids. PM refused a payout from the insurance, ignored a posted letter and follow up email complaining. Might consider small claims court or some other avenue of claiming. Terrible PM service (24 hour delivery took 5 days too). Never use them. Cowboys.
