Paid over £50 to send a parcel with insurance covering the items value. Courier damaged the parcel and took 3 days to deliver. Opened a claim with parcel monkey and they are offering half of the insured value, asked them to recheck there findings as I had sent them an invoice, they took 6 days to reply saying that my parcel had been packaged incorrectly. Baring in mind they had already made the offer the week prior.
