My parcel was picked up and arrived in New Zealand without a problem. My issue was after delivery when I was charged an additional amount and now no one will correspond with me!
I sent an item that was 1.68kg according to the manufacturer/retailer Add the wrapping and you may get close to what I weighed it at, 3kg, well within the 5kg limit for the rate paid. I have now been charged extra because They say I am 7.2kg. This is impossible! Someone has either made a mistake or is running a scam charging more after offering the best price! Be careful!!!!
