Waited all day 8am-6pm no courier showed up (paid for a 24hr tracked service as had to return furniture). Paid extra too!
Customer service was a bunch of robots apparently no way to contact courier service all could do was rebook for another day or refund.
If you need to use a reliable service to get something delivered by a specific time and don’t have days you waste staying at home for a collection that doesn’t happen don’t use them!!!!!
