I sent my sister flowers for Christmas which she received in the evening on the 23rd of December. They did look nice when they arrived. The following day 24th of December the petals had started to drop off. The next day 25th of December, Christmas day they were dead. I forwarded a complaint along with photos to easy flowers. They would not take responsibility for the disgusting flowers, but did offer me a voucher for $50 or $35 back into my bank account. What a blatant insult as I paid $136-90 for flowers that didn't last 2 days. As I will never use this company again I reluctantly accepted to be reimbursed with their pitiful amount of $35
