“As you can see in photos the huge difference in what I ordered to what was delivered. To say I am very disappointed is an understatement. I did read that if flowers were not available substitutes would be made. What was delivered certainly did not compare to what was ordered. Looked like it was missing flowers and some greenery. Very disappointed for my cousin who was receiving these after losing her father.
I wrote a complaint to Easyflowers asking replacement of what I ordered or refund. After two phone calls and offered some cash and a $40 voucher. I told her I would never buy from them again so I do not want a voucher. I said I would accept $60 cash and they agreed. I have since read 100% satisfaction garanteed. This is totally not true. I only wished I read reviews on this company before ordering. You would think that with all these 1 star reviews they would up their game.”
“I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day and was so upset to see what was delivered, it was nothing like the picture and looked very cheap and thrown together, i could’ve got a nicer bunch from a service station for a quarter of the price, i paid over $100 including delivery.
I complained and asked for them to be redelivered, i was offered a $15 refund which i declined then $21 which i again declined. They said the stem count was correct but admitted they weren’t arranged nicely, i have not heard back since declining their second offer
Do not use this company, they are overpriced for what the deliver, horrible company”
“Disgusting company. My elderly dying pensioner mother wanted buy flowers for her three daughters on what would be her last Mother’s Day. Was charged three lots of delivery fee even though the three bunches went to the same address in the one delivery. Flowers also not of the best quality.”
“Terrible value for money wasted here.
I’ve emailed and they’ve been great handling my complaint just waiting for outcome if any.
Charging lots of money for a bouquet that looks cheap and nasty is not on guys. Your business has not got great reviews, I’d be so ashamed.
Put some quality control guidelines with your florists and pick up the standards. Flowers are sent for hapoy and sad occasions so it’s important they present well.
Please make positive changes”
“QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE
I ordered a bouquet of lilies for my mum on Mother’s Day and she genuinely thought it came from the supermarket. It arrived in a plain plastic sleeve, some stems had no flowers, and not a single lily was in bloom.
The bouquet looked nothing like what was shown on the website. There was no wrapping, no ribbon, and certainly no fresh or blooming flowers. I contacted EasyFlowers customer support, but they couldn’t confirm how the bouquet was delivered and refused to issue a refund.
It was a really disappointing experience. I ended up buying another bouquet just to make up for it. I won’t be ordering from EasyFlowers again.”
“Do not use this company if you would like them to be delivered on time, I was disappointed when delivery was first delayed but beyond angry when 5 days later I received another message to say delivery delayed again”
“Received flowers today for our wedding anniversary. Wilted and half dead with no smell. Very disappointed would not recommend this company to anyone.”
“Disgusted!!! Ordered flowers day before to be delivered was notified for the next day disappointed but ok, received a refund of $4.00. It is now 3 days later finally delivered BUT BY POST in a BOX marked FRAGILE. I am flabbergasted and disgusted will definitely not using them again. Don’t bother with refund or a credit as I won’t be doing business with you again.”
“Do not buy flowers from this company. Paid $150 for a pathetic arrangement that was worth about $30. The flowers were dying and lasted about three days. The bottle of wine was $8 and was still wrapped in the brown paper bag they had obviously bought from the local bottle shop. We complained and were given a $40 credit. Should have been given a full refund for such an abysmal flower and wine delivery.”
“My sister received her flowers that looked pathetic, wilted and one rose was even mouldy looking.
No responsibility taken by Easyflowers saying its not their fault, flowers only last 3 to 7 days but followed with 'we are being given substandard flowers by the supplier'!!
Partial refund on an expensive bunch of flowers. Not good enough. Man up and take some responsibility Easyflowers. Perhaps you should change your business name to Measlyflowers.”
“What I ordered vs what was received. The first bouquet is what I ordered with Lindt chocolate to go with it, the second photo is what was received. The colour combination is nothing like what I wanted, the flowers are already fully bloomed and beginning to wilt and the Lindt chocolate I ordered ended up being Cadbury Roses. I paid $180 (including delivery) for this.
When I notified the company about this it took them 2 days to get back to me with an offer of a $41 partial refund and a $20 gift card, which for obvious reasons I won’t be using.”
“Ordered flowers for a friend who had just lost her mother, friend said they never received them
After contacting Easyflowers who said the were delivered I asked for proof, like a photo. Easy flowers said too much time had lapsed and they did not keep records for long, offered me $20 to go towards my next order. Why would I order flowers from them again, when my order of $125 was never received”
“Absolutely ripped off. I ordered flowers with a cost of $111 and when they were received they were nothing like what I paid for! Just 3 roses and a couple of leaves!!! I’m am absolutely ropeable!!! This matter better get sorted!!”
“Do not order with this company. Received a box of flowers that were very expensive, however they were terrible, perhaps two stems of flowers were acceptable, the rest dead or badly bruised on arrival. When l rang to complain, they said they could not do anything without getting in contact with the person who ordered the flowers. I did not want to upset them thinking they had sent flowers that we were extremely disappointed in, so the company get away with it. Why can’t the flowers just be replaced if you have photos date stamping the poor quality flowers on arrival ??”
“Would put 0 if possible. Received roses for my daughter and I on Valentine’s Day, partner paid over 300 both were already dead by Saturday morning. The box ones smell so bad I threw them out, like off water. Horrible flowers would rather some from coles for a $15.”
“I ordered flowers for an engagement from overseas they had promised a Wednesday delivery. No contact except email looking for personal identification like passport.driving licence before delivery .they have the money received so don't trust this company still no flowers no customer support and not answering emails my advice is do not use this Company very disappointed.”
“Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day in advance and paid extra for delivery so they would definitely come today and they didn’t. Not happy at all especially today, was abit worried when I got home from work but checked their website and said they do deliveries till 7 so waited till then and still did not receive the bunch of flowers.”
“What a joke. Ordered flowers to be delivered today for Valentine’s Day. $180 later. And they still have not been delivered and it’s 7:30pm. Complete joke. Don’t promise to deliver if you can’t handle the business.”
“My order was nothing like what I had ordered nothing even resembling the same thing
I know sometimes you have to substitute but there wasn’t any roses in it as it was a Valentine’s order, actually nothing resembled my original order”
