QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE
I ordered a bouquet of lilies for my mum on Mother’s Day and she genuinely thought it came from the supermarket. It arrived in a plain plastic sleeve, some stems had no flowers, and not a single lily was in bloom.
The bouquet looked nothing like what was shown on the website. There was no wrapping, no ribbon, and certainly no fresh or blooming flowers. I contacted EasyFlowers customer support, but they couldn’t confirm how the bouquet was delivered and refused to issue a refund.
It was a really disappointing experience. I ended up buying another bouquet just to make up for it. I won’t be ordering from EasyFlowers again.
