I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day and was so upset to see what was delivered, it was nothing like the picture and looked very cheap and thrown together, i could’ve got a nicer bunch from a service station for a quarter of the price, i paid over $100 including delivery. I complained and asked for them to be redelivered, i was offered a $15 refund which i declined then $21 which i again declined. They said the stem count was correct but admitted they weren’t arranged nicely, i have not heard back since declining their second offer Do not use this company, they are overpriced for what the deliver, horrible company
