Terrible value for money wasted here.
I’ve emailed and they’ve been great handling my complaint just waiting for outcome if any.
Charging lots of money for a bouquet that looks cheap and nasty is not on guys. Your business has not got great reviews, I’d be so ashamed.
Put some quality control guidelines with your florists and pick up the standards. Flowers are sent for hapoy and sad occasions so it’s important they present well.
Please make positive changes
