What I ordered vs what was received. The first bouquet is what I ordered with Lindt chocolate to go with it, the second photo is what was received. The colour combination is nothing like what I wanted, the flowers are already fully bloomed and beginning to wilt and the Lindt chocolate I ordered ended up being Cadbury Roses. I paid $180 (including delivery) for this.
When I notified the company about this it took them 2 days to get back to me with an offer of a $41 partial refund and a $20 gift card, which for obvious reasons I won’t be using.
