“Ordered flowers for 2 different people in one week. The first delivery arrived but flowers only. The add on balloon was delivered 5 hours later as it got damaged.
The second Delivery the person did not recieve flowers. I instructed driver to leave around the back if no one was home. Easy flowers checked and driver delivered them but did not follow instructions and left out the front and they were stolen.”
“They advertise that they deliver everywhere and then later on you discover your loved one has NOT RECEIVED them. Then you get a message saying sorry, but they don’t deliver there after all. DISGRACEFUL . Never trust this company EVER! Especially if you really love the person who you wish to give flowers to. If I could give ZERO, I would.”

“I ordered some flowers for my friend whose mum had died and they were delivered to the incorrect address, despite me giving the correct address. I requested a picture of proof of delivery, this is when I realised they had been delivered to the wrong address. It was a shame as the flowers actually looked really pretty. It was disappointing that they have couriers who are unable to correctly read basic addresses. To be fair to easy flowers, they offered me the option of free re delivery or a full refund. I chose the full refund option and ordered flowers from a different company, which arrived at the correct address. They also sent me a $50 voucher to use ‘next time’, I won’t be using them again.”
“Today Easyflowers promptly delivered an arrangement that I had purchased, not long after the order was placed. My son sent me a picture of the flowers I had sent to welcome his & his partner's new baby girl. The flowers looked good but not at all like the arrangement I thought I was buying. I had chosen 'Edith' because it advertised 'arrangement, lily, pastel, pink, rose, rose spray, stock' & had a pinky peach bow which I thought entirely suitable for a baby girl. As you can see, there is nothing pastel or pink about it (apart from a bright pink bow) & there is a paucity of roses & an abundance of greenery. It is advertised that customers would be contacted if flowers needed to be substituted due to non-availability. I was not contacted & was very disappointed that I paid a total price of $128.90 for an arrangement that was so unlike the one advertised. I am a very unhappy customer.”

I ordered flowers from my grandma to be delivered the day before mothers day and paid a ridiculous $20 for local delivery - as opposed to $26 if I chose to have it delivered on actual mothers day.
The flower arrangement itself was $80.
The arrangement was firstly changed from bouquet to a mini box - that was my first alert - they called it a "substitution" - I called BS - none of the flowers were being changed, only the design. They said it was to make transportation easier. I told them for $20 delivery I expect the flowers to be transported the way they were purchased.
My grandma sent me a photo of the arrangement and I got a shock at how little quantity there was and how poorly it was put together - it did not seem like the person had training in working as a florist. It was very different to the photo provided online.
On complaint I was offered a full refund for delivery and then another $16 cash refund or a $30 voucher to use for the disappointment with the arrangement - I took the cash given I will never use these guys again. I had requested half refund ($40) since only half the flowers were provided, so I'm disappointed they only offered $16 in the end.
I usually avoid using third party agents for floristry work, however given the last minute mothers day gift I couldn't get another local florist who I was familiar with as they were sold out of stock.”

“Severely disappointed. I ordered 2 bouquets in the past week. One for my friend and one for my mom on mother’s day.
For my friend’s bouquet, I specifically paid for the same day delivery. However, bouquet was not delivered same day. They told me they attempted delivery but no one was home to accept delivery. BUT someone was at home at all time and they received no calls/ring at their door. They also said they attempted to call me but I had no missed calls that day. Obviously unhappy and told them I would not pay for the redelivery fee as I specifically paid for same day delivery and bouquet was not delivered same day so what was the point of the same day fee and on top of that they expected me to pay redelivery fee? Not to mention, when the bouquet finally got delivered, it was the scrawniest and tiniest looking bouquet.
And for the flowers my mom received that I bought for mother’s day? Looks like the florist just threw a bunch of flowers together in a box. Underwhelming presentation for the price I paid. Not worth the money for such a small arrangement. Regret buying as I could’ve bought a better bouquet at woolworths for cheaper. The fact that this arrangement is $88 is absurd?? You’d think it be quite decent size by the price but nope, it’s tiny. And to upsize it’s another $40?? Not worth your money.”

“I have had one of the worst experiences from Easy Flowers, I ordered a gift of flowers for my Sister for her birthday, they never arrived and now they won’t be delivered until 3 days after the original order date. I have purchased several times through Easy Flowers and I have to say this will definitely be my last. Would I recommend Easy Flowers then the answer would be no. Compensation of $18.95 on a $122.90 order that was only the delivery fee they charged for not delivering on time. Be very careful when ordering from this site.”
“I wish I had seen this forum before ordering from Easyflowers. The pictures will tell the story between what is promised and advertised on their website and what is actually delivered. BEWARE of the clause you agree to which is about substituting for available stock. They are advertising falsely and should be prosecuted. The arrangement that I sent to my friend who had just lost her beloved Mum bears almost no resemblance to the photo on their website for an arrangement called Ailish. Not only are the flowers different, they didn't even match with the colours of the advertsied arrangement. I chose an arrangement with some native flora and some specific colours for a reason - and I didn't get these. The arrangement delivered looks to be about a third of the size/number of flowers that were in the pictured product. I made a complaint and was offered a $25 refund on the $115 that I spent.
Will never use again and I hope this review reaches more people so others don't get sucked in and bitterly disappointed.”

“I ordered flowers on January 26th, to be delivered on January 27. When I hadnt received confirmation that the delivery had been made, I logged into the website to see a message saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery couldnt be completed" and that they we could make the delivery on January 29. I was frustrated with this, but accepted that these things happen. I agreed to have the delivery made on the 29th.
On the 29th, I didnt receive confirmation that the delivery had been made YET AGAIN (via either the recipient or the company), so I messaged the company again, to find out that I was correct, the delivery hadnt been made....but this time they didnt even know that themselves. Its incomprehensible that in this day and age, you wouldnt know when a supplier hasnt completed a job for you as a business...particularly where a customer has paid for a service. To make matters worse, they even claim that they were unable to get in contact with the supplier and couldnt tell me when the flowers may be available for delivery next.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. When someone orders flowers, in 95% of circumstances, they relate to a specific moment in time, not 1, 2 or 3 days after the fact.”

I am based in the UK
My daughter is staying in Sydney at the moment. It was very important to me to make sure she got a lovely Christmas gift.
I arranged for the food hamper to be delivered on 22nd December.
When I didn’t hear anything I took it my order had been delivered.
But on Christmas Day I was very disappointed and upset that my daughter had not got her hamper.
I contacted easyflowers straight asking where my order was.
They said an issue with the address! But WHY wasn’t I emailed or my daughter contacted to let us know ? We could have sorted it out.
They then said they would redeliver and the FOOD! Hamper had been sitting in a warehouse since 21st December!
I expressed concern that the food would be ruined.
They said they are re delivered on Friday 29th December.
Surprise surprise nothing arrived no body contacted.
I asked for prove of delivery they took days to get back to me and then said the hamper had been delivered to a post office and my daughter had been informed.
I checked this SURPRISE she hasn’t. I contacted them again they said incorrect contact details.
I checked my daughter’s number on order it was correct. Plus I had been contacting them so they obviously had my correct details.
I then contacted my bank and did a section 75 on my the order (order /delivery dispute ). My bank credited me the money back straight away.
Shocking company. Please avoid.
