Do not order with this company. Received a box of flowers that were very expensive, however they were terrible, perhaps two stems of flowers were acceptable, the rest dead or badly bruised on arrival. When l rang to complain, they said they could not do anything without getting in contact with the person who ordered the flowers. I did not want to upset them thinking they had sent flowers that we were extremely disappointed in, so the company get away with it. Why can’t the flowers just be replaced if you have photos date stamping the poor quality flowers on arrival ??
