“Ordered 24*36 metal print - shipping materials are so lacking 3 of the 4 corners were all bent. Had to get a refund and find another company to do work and ship it with care. Very disappointed”

“Ordering is easy but they scam you in the end wanting you to sign up for 10 money back but it’s signing up for something else and site won’t let you get out of that site and closes. When reaching out the company doesn’t help”

“I am very disappointed with the way this company has done. I have some issues before I never talked to 50% or give me or I created that I have. I just want things to be done right they team whatever they are overseas not very knowledgeable not very helpful between yesterday and the day before I must’ve sent seven proof I they wouldn’t help me. They just call back. I mean, I don’t know what kind of service are you providing but it’s not what I expected so so you have for a review I gave you a review then I have a client waiting for this picture and now yeah it’s OK that you’re gonna redo it but I need special delivery back and we no charge and guess what nobody care so they’re gonna make me pay $11.60 so that’s what I think about next time. I’m not sure if I’m gonna order from you. Thank you so much.”

“Not great. First off, the pictures were not properly secured for shipping. But I'm glad to say they were not damaged. 2nd, the tone of the pictures was not normal; they were too warm, so they had a red tone. The pictures were professionally taken, so the color should not be off like the ones I received.”

“I ordered a picture of my mom and her best friend, in a car, Pauline is driving and my mom is peering out the back window. they are on the beach in Florida, like 1930 something. my mom was so honored to be invited to go with her friend. they lived a block from each other and our families continued that tradition, growing up together a block away too. We think this is the greatest picture, EVER! I saw mine and had to send, my friend, Lynn Ann, one too. I can't wait until she gets it. thank you for this!! it is so so special and it could not be anymore perfect. May God bless.”

“I was so disappointed. I ordered a large canvas and a large metal print. I did not send them an original picture, but they could see it would be VERY blurry. I feel they should have gotten back to me telling me that. Instead they shipped two very blurry items which I had to throw away. They did give me a $90 refund which was less than 1/2, of what I paid. They did send the prints quickly. They sadly were just too blurry to hang in our house.”
