“I have ordered from this company before and have been very pleased with my products. They come quickly and they are very beautiful. The one that I have just ordered is of my precious fur baby who has gone to the rainbow bridge. I am very excited to receive it because it looks so beautiful. “I have no idea as of the design quality yet. I ordered an item made and to be express shipped for my anniversary this weekend. With the expedited shipping I was supposed to receive in 3-4 days. I noticed the item showed as still being processed on the 3rd day and contacted customer support to assure I would still receive in time. They could not tell me anything about the order and promised an email updating me on the status. I did not receive an email. After 24 hours I contacted again and was gave the same spew. Now over 48 hours later I have finally been informed the item has not even been made or shipped. So needless to say their 3-4 days expedited shipping was false. I am on day 6 and the item has not even been made. Very dissapointed.”

“AWFUL! THE WORST EVER!!! EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!! I WAISTED MY MONEY ON SUCH A CHEAP LOOKING AND POORLY EXECUTED CANVAS. IT CAME IN BROKEN AND DAMAGED!! I HAVE NO WORDS FOR THIS!!... I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CANVAS JUST TO RECEIVE A PIECE OF GARBAGE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!!!!!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!!!!”
