“Design and order was very easy. Quality of print is just decent, not great. The wrapping of the frame was loose and the corners don’t lie flat. The black border is off on one corner and shows on the face of the canvas. For what I need it’s fine, but I would consider the print I ordered to be average to poor quality.”

“I’m giving this service 1 star because I was extremely disappointed with the job I received. I paid £100, but unfortunately, I do not feel the standard of work was anywhere near what I expected for the price. The man arrived with his children, and from my experience, they did not appear to be properly supervised or trained for the work. After they left, the room did not look much different from how it was before. I genuinely felt that I had paid £100 for a poor-quality job. When I raised my concerns and made a complaint, I expected someone to listen and try to resolve the issue. Instead, the same person returned and became defensive, telling me that he believed he had done a good job and that he would not come back to do it again. He also claimed that he had photographs showing the condition before and after the work. When I asked him to show me those photographs so I could see what he was referring to, he refused. Instead, he reported me for allegedly verbally abusing him, which I strongly disagree with. I also felt uncomfortable with the way I was treated during the complaint and, based on my experience, I was left with concerns that I may have been treated differently because of my race. I cannot say what his intentions were, but that was genuinely how the interaction made me feel. Overall, I regret spending £100 on this service. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend them and I would advise others to carefully consider their options before paying for this service.”

“The beautiful blue ocean and bright yellow sun in the image that I sent to you is absolutely nothing like what I got on canvas. Everything has an orange hue about it and will not match my blue and yellow living room! I cannot express how disappointed I am with this purchase. 🥺”
