“I ordered an 8"x8" and 16" X 20" canvas prints. The 8"x8" print is fine but the 16" x 20" print is so pixelated I can't even use it. Easy Canvas Prints was quick at addressing my issue but the solution is for me to send a higher resolution version and still pay an additional $10 for S&H. I just wish they had a warning like other companies use before I ordered that the picture would be pixelated. I don't care to spend an additional $10 to get the print I expected to get in the first place. There's just better companies to use out there.”

“I painted my first ocean scene in oil and wanted to share it with my family but wanted to keep the original. I sent Easy Canvas an electronic scan of the painting on May 26 and received the canvas prints in a huge well packaged box on June 2. Eight days in total to receive beautiful prints I will be proud to share with my family for Christmas presents. Thank you so much Easy Canvas Prints! “First order was good. Then the second order of the same thing got turned sideways for all three prints. Called got them to admit the mistake so they were gonna send new prints. Got an email now and it shows only 1 print. Customer service is 1 for 3 so far.”
