“The product itself is nice, however the customer service is poor and I’m appalled by the shipping time. I get ads all the time for quick shipping and for some reason my order is going to take 42 days to process. That is ridiculous and will not arrive by Christmas. I ordered on 11/28/25 which should have been plenty of time to get it by the holiday. And to make matters worse I got this ad today. How is it that if I were to order by Dec 16, I would get it by Christmas, but ordering 2 weeks before that and I will not have mine. That’s absurd! Will not be ordering from them again. The lack of concern from the customer service personnel just added salt to the wound. Disappointed customer…….”

“Price and delivery were fine and as expected. I was disappointed that these fall pictures were very orange. Granted, there were many brightly colored leaves in the pictures, but my granddaughters' faces were distinctly orange.”

“I could not believe how clear my large picture was. I am so very pleased. I happened to be in a UPS Store and ask how much it would cost for an 11x14 print. It was almost 2xs as mush $ as Easy Canvas and mine is bigger. I’m so happy with my purchase. I am a customer for life.”

“My canvases are always a hit in our gift shop. I have been doing business with you for many years and have always been pleased with my pictures. The only issue I had this time around was the first shipment came in with some of the 16x20 canvas damaged. I guess I’ll need to see what I can do too, have them reprinted. They were the ones that everyone was waiting on. I will continue to do business with easy canvas because their work is high-quality and always on time. Besides, everyone loves our Wolf pictures.”

“I ordered a print on metal. The metal is super thin and cheap, much like what you would find printed signs to hang on your bar wall. Had I realized this I never would have placed the order. The packing was insufficient and upon delivery, I could tell the box had been compromised (the tape was not intact) and upon inspection, it appears the sign fell out of the box at some point and bent the corner. I sent the company a message but haven't heard anything back yet. Paid way too much for the quality of product and quality of packaging that it was shipped in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!”
