“it said when i ordered i would get a free print just pay for shipping? how do i get that? It does not give you the information on how to get your free print. Thats why the low stars, I feel duped. And there are a LOT of add-ons. Maybe cheaper to go to your local print shop.”

“It was simple but not easy because your procedure did not offer a way to save the uploaded design and your creation. It kept deleting the previous creation leaving me to start from scratch over and over again. I attempted 5-6 times to give up and go somewhere else but after doing research, I find Easy canvas was the best out of all the others. So I took excedrin for the headaches, slept and was well rested and was successful on the 6th trial. I must say, inspite of my frustration, I am happy with their work. I just hope that they would keep a sample of the end product so that if I need to make copies I won't have to start from scratch all over again. I am very happy that I did not give up trying.”

“I have not received it yet and I paid $35 dollars extra to have it in time. Tracking had delivery between 3 - 6 PM today. We needed it by 3 PM but waited and it's after 6 still not on my porch. We could not wait any longer (3 hour drive) to get to the party where the gift was going. Now we will be late, no gift and if it arrives it will be outside for days. I hope my porch doesn't flood. This was $85 dollars not well spent!!! Not happy!!!! If it is okay by the time we're back, I would have to pay more to ship it to another state. I want a full refund!!”

“Product received damage, it was stretched too tight and the picture was wap sided . The picture had indentions and you could clearly see the wood was not attached properly. Asked for reprint and for compensation to upgrade to next size up they refused. Requested refund.”

“design was easy and the gallery wrap canvas prints came out nice. Unfortunately the wood on the frame of the 30x40 is warped and it doesn't even come close to hanging flat on the wall. It's so warped that I don't think I even want to hang it. Packing seemed good so I don't think it was damaged in transit, they just thought that looks great and sent it that way??”

“Love the products I've ordered - good quality at a reasonable price, and fast delivery. I was a little disappointed to have ordered a "custom" canvas size for $160 and immediately after I placed my order was offered the same size canvas that was no longer "custom" for $33. Not cool...”

“I've had nothing but issues with this company. All I asked for was bunny fingers removed from behind heads and a clearer resolution. I've had nothing but problems with them. They like playing email tag and continually say I'm not responding but I have proof every message went through. They up charged me to have am artist check it over. The artist completely ruined it. They put a mirror effect on it that caused our legs to look distorted. They changed every one of our faces and made up look completely different. When I showed my kids the copy the easy canvas results they all laughed and thought it was a joke because it looks that bad. When we don't even look like our selves because they try to make our eyes bigger and it distorted our faces. My kids looked like different ppl...... I'm really un happy with the lack of customer service, lack of awareness of a paying customer that can't even get my money back. They have done nothing to actually fix the problem. They point the finger back at the customer and play games........”

“I was heartbroken to hear that a painting I had done and gifted to my inlaws was lost in a cross country move. Luckily I had taken some high res images. I did my research and this company was the best fit for what I wanted. I ordered an 8 x 10 for everyone in the family and we were given an 11 x 14 as a freebie, which is what you see here. I'm very pleased and can't wait to see everyone's reactions when they open their mini paintings this Christmas.”
