“My first print from Easy Canvas Prints was damaged by the delivery service After contacting customer service about this I was instructed to take photos/ videos of the damage. After that, customer service agreed to replace the print. It arrived in good condition and I’m very pleased with it.! I have already ordered another print of a painting.”

“Order experience was great until I received the prints. They are truly awful. Very grainy and pixelated… as if there was no quality check. I don’t understand how this happened. I print out pictures all the time through Walmart and they’re such high quality… these were not.”

“I sent in my photo, which was perfect! I received my canvas and the faces were pink like they were sunburned! My original photo I sent was Exactly what I wanted, natural looking skin. I don’t have enough time to research another canvas company since it’s a gift. Easy canvas Prints sent me an email with the photo they could produce. It is exactly the same one I originally sent them! Now, they won’t give me a full refund like I was told. They want me to pay for shipping and I don’t feel like I should since it’s their fault they did not manufacture it correctly. I will never use them again!”
