“After placing my order and setting it up I was told that it was going to be delivered 7/20/26 never received an update on status so I called today 7/13/26 to be told that the order was on hold due to some issue so I was told to cancel my order This was unacceptable to wait till now only because I placed a call to follow up had I not contacted you my gift would have never been received This is not good business practice I will never recommend this service to anyone else ever again NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“Design and ordering experience was great. The shipping and delivery is questionable. UPS wants a tracking number to check the status of my order. None was ever given. Only one of two packages was delivered. Since there is no tracking number, no one knows where the second package is. It's unacceptable.”
