“Ordered a canvas print for my son‘s birthday. When it arrived, it looked even better than the photo. I’m so happy with the results and they will be as well. Recommend easy canvas prints highly.”

“It was easy, however the finished product was blurry and pixelated. When designing a pop up would appear if I picked a size to big telling me it would be pixelated, so I dropped to a smaller size that didn’t alert would be too big, but it still looks bad.”

“The image quality of the image on the blanket was excellent but I was really disappointed with the quality of the blanket itself. I ordered a 60x50 Sherpa Fleece, which is the most expensive type of blanket you sell. The blanket that was shipped was thin and cheap, not the heavy Sherpa material I was expecting. Certainly not worth the money I spent. Good delivery time though.”

“I called Easy Canvas the day after ordering 3 16x20 canvas pictures and asked if I can change the wall hanger assembly from 1 wall hook for each picture to the 2 wall hook assemblies with the picture level. The lady that answered said no, you will have to read-order everything. This is nonsense. I would have paid the extra cost for it.”

“Not good.. I ordered 16 different prints and received 16 of the same print. I contacted them immediately and had to prove to them their error. These were prints I needed by a certain date, which is why I ordered well in advance. I did not get offered anything to be expedited, in fact, I did not get an update until I contacted them again. Now my order states these will not be received until July, which is too late. I have contacted them again and asked for this to be expedited so I receive them in time or get a refund. This was their error and I feel like it should have been priority. I stated in my order & email the date I needed them by.”

“Item had a broad (1.5" wide) white edge on the right side. EVEN IFf this is how I submitted the image, I am VERY surprised the company PRINTED it this way, without checking with me first, as this is clearly an an error.”

“The online experience was fine but the actual deliverable was messsed up, TWICE. I ordered a vertical print and when it arrived with a horizontal hanger, they appropriately did a reprint. I just received the replacement and it has THE SAME ISSUE!!! Not only that, the cut finishing on the back is terrible. I will NEVER use this company again and I request a FULL refund of my order. This was meant to be a present for a first time father for Father's Day and you have completely ruined it.”

“Great until I got an email 10 days later saying I have been charged for another I didn't order. I only order one canvas! What do you want me to do with the one coming o Order Number 77436570??? Please refund me AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH IT. I didn not order two!”
