“Ridiculous! I ordered print and thought I overpaid. But paid. Paid $9.99 shipping. Was just ok with that. Got $15.99 11x14 canvas credit for that! Go to purchase that and others…. Shipping is $20!!! Forget it! Will not order from you again. Forgot absolutely ur the shipping rip off. I’ll go back to my other prints.”

“Everything seemed to move fine until I tried to do the shipping portion, which is kind of a scam after you get my order to send me to this other company who supposedly promises free stuff, but it’s actually enrollment in a shipping company. You can’t get out of the order once you placed it you can’t move forward your backward you can’t change. I called the number that supposedly on that company and waited forever with no answer. Kept saying I was number two in queue forever. I’m completely disappointed with this what started out as a really nice opportunity to send a photo of someone’s Pet who died has got me completely frustrated with my blood pressure up.”

“This process was so easy, I was able to preview my uploaded pics in any size. Once I found what I wanted, I ordered it. The shipping time was so quick (I was told 11 days but I received them in 5 days, kid you not) and once I received it, the packaging was securely done. The pics are clear and not blurry! They look fantastic! Hubby hasn't hung them yet, but this is what I can show.”

“The worst experience! My order isn't even being processed yet; I placed it in May and paid for expedited shipping, which wasn't cheap at all. I sent emails because I needed the item, but they just tell me it's "in process." Now I've received an email asking about my experience with the order, and the description lists it as a 7x5 acrylic, when in reality it's 40x30. I feel scammed. I do not recommend this site at all and would never use it again. My order is still pending—it doesn't even look like they intend to ship it anytime soon—and, of course, they aren't refunding the cost of the expedited shipping. I just hope to receive the order someday, assuming this company isn't a total scam.”
