“I ordered 25 canvases from Easy Canvas Print that in total cost $645.67. When placing the order, I did not catch that I accidently swapped two of the numbers in my address. I kept a keen watch on the delivery of our canvases and caught when they were marked "undeliverable" by UPS. I called Easy Canvas Prints instantly and told them about my issue, took full ownership of my mistake and offered to pay for the shipping of my product back to me. I was informed by my customer service agent that there was nothing they could do. Once the prints returned to their facility they were "disposed of" and the only way to get my prints was to "repurchase all of them". In order to get my canvases that I had already purchased, I needed to repurchase them for $645.67...They offered to credit me $250.00. Mind you, when I had reached out to them, my canvases were still in transit. I informed them that this was unacceptable, and if there was nothing more the CSR could do for me, I requested to be put into contact with a manager. In which I was given no response to. When I followed up the following day, I was told "They were still looking into it". This response was given on a Friday. I then went from Friday-Thursday with absolutely no response from the team. I reached out again requesting a resolve on the following Thursday- again no response. I followed up Friday letting them know if I did not hear back I was moving forward with submitting a dispute with my bank, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and posting reviews regarding my experience. I was then gifted a response of the team would offer me a credit of $350 towards my repurchase vs the $250 they originally offered which was "a little over half", but any further action or disputes would be handled by their team accordingly. Needless to say, I filed a dispute and won. Submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and am now sharing my experience to try make you an informed buyer. The horrendous lack of customer support, service and care is incredibly alarming.”

“Great price and exceptional quality. Got a 20x24 “ canvas and a 3x5 foot canvas. The detail was just as clear and concise on the larger canvas as on the small one. I was worried about the definition and the photos looking fuzzy when they were enlarged on the canvas, and they didn’t look fuzzy at all - the color is beautiful, as is the texture of the canvas print.
