“order December 14, just found out today that I won’t have them till January 20! They said the only way to remedy the situation was to cancel the order, start a new order and pay the additional charge for quick delivery! About $4 very disappointed! Every time I do an order, I get a $15 coupon towards the next order, that I never remember to use. Obviously, they haven’t printed the stuff yet! Very disappointed!”

“The finished product is amazing! Beautiful reproductions of your content that lasts a lifetime. I have several, the oldest ones being almost 7 years old, with no fading or alteration of color. Prices are very reasonable especially for the quality and the care put into packaging. Shipping is really fast. Customer service is very friendly and willing to correct any issues quickly to ensure your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for personalized wall decor.”

“Around the holiday I ordered my fifth canvas print from easy canvas. Like the four before it, it was well done, and followed the usual time frame about 1-3 days to print and 2-3 days shipping having mostly selected standard shipping for the others. This one was during Xmas and though I needed it by 12/21, I paid an upgraded fee that guaranteed it by 12/22, it arrived well ahead of that around 12/18 or so. So still all good. Now there was one print that I didn't necessarily need before we left for the holidays, and since the others had always arrived ahead of schedule, I chose a standard shipping. When I checked progress your site showed it would arrive JANUARY 15! This ( which will be my sixth) was ordered one day after the fifth which arrived ahead of schedule in the rush. Clearly it was moved to the back of the queue. I tell you all this by way of explanation because while I like the print quality print quality and quick service, there is a tendency for this company to play a little fast and loose with both shipping times and prices, i. e. That free shipping they offer you AFTER a prior order is usually accompanied by a slightly higher print price. It’s still a good deal, the overall cost to consumer is still discounted, but like all advertising in this current climate of unregulated Wild West internet marketing, it’s slightly disingenuous and so consumer confidence is damaged in what would otherwise be a great shopping experience and the consumer develops a mistrust re the company. I have many more photos that I’d like to print on canvas, but given what I’ve tried to be very clear about, I’m a little gun shy, hence the 3 rather than 5 star rating. Sorry for the long explanation, but I wanted to be as clear and transparent as possible. By the way, I’m a retail owner (brick and mortar) so I have an understanding of bulk shipping based on volume, and proprietarily negotiated prices.”

“Received the print fast, but the print was not done according to order. I clearly ordered a black boarder but the print was wrapped around. This took up more of the painting space. I am waiting to see if they replace the print. Messed up Christmas surprise for sure. Not satisfied at all with this order. They did not follow the instructions on the order. Not my mistake but theirs.”
