“Design output was perfect. However, the frame was distorted/damaged on the top left and bottom right. Pending company resolution suggestion.”

“The first canvas I ordered was perfect! I love it. The next one was bad. I ordered white on the sides instead of wrapping the image and the image was put on the frame crocked so the white showed by crocked. I had to take it apart and realign it. That should be done in Quality Control before it goes out. I like the products in general but next time will make sure I order it so that it wraps around the canvas. It would be nice to get some credit toward future purchase but mostly you need to look before something gets mailed to a customer.”

“Two prints came to me with black fingerprints marks all over the white. Customer service was ok. Dont send out prints that dont look good. Don't ask me to pay for shipping when yall sent out a bad product.”

“I am SO impressed and happy with my purchase. My soul kitty Mouse recently passed away💔 and I needed to commemorate him. I had someone make me a beautiful digital portrait and searched for somewhere to get it printed. I have a glass cat print already, so when I saw the 8x10 acrylic option I was SOLD!
