“I ordered two, one came in flawless as you can see the picture, other was damaged. Looked like maybe the carrier dropped it on the corner. I called customer service. They asked me to send a picture and I did, they refunded it, including the shipping cost. I would definitely use them again.”

“I love my canvas of my great granddaughter however I didn’t like the fact that the person who delivered it , delivered it to the wrong house my address is literally right at the end of my driveway, and this isn’t the first canvas I have ordered from your company thank god due to your customer service person texting me the house it was dropped at , my neighbors they really need to check the address as well as taking a picture!!”

“I was quite literally an asshole but, they took care of me and re-framed the photo to get the centered picture that I wanted. I will highly suggest them out of all these canvas print companies, use this one. Less than nine dollars to correct a mistake that I made on a 30"×40". 5 stars.”

“I am thoroughly disappointed with the outcome of this print job. I submitted a photographic reproduction of a 19th-century poet's portrait—an original oil painting from that same era. I expected to receive a full print of the portrait. Instead, I received a mutilated version of the original image. It had been cropped at the top and bottom to force it into a landscape format, thereby destroying the greater part of the image, which was originally in portrait format. Furthermore, the canvas print was mounted in landscape orientation, showing absolutely no regard for the composition of the original work. Seeing the result, I wonder how it is possible to work with such a lack of consideration for the client; what I received belongs in the trash.”
