“The worst experience! My order isn't even being processed yet; I placed it in May and paid for expedited shipping, which wasn't cheap at all. I sent emails because I needed the item, but they just tell me it's "in process." Now I've received an email asking about my experience with the order, and the description lists it as a 7x5 acrylic, when in reality it's 40x30. I feel scammed. I do not recommend this site at all and would never use it again. My order is still pending—it doesn't even look like they intend to ship it anytime soon—and, of course, they aren't refunding the cost of the expedited shipping. I just hope to receive the order someday, assuming this company isn't a total scam.”

“I ordered an 8"x8" and 16" X 20" canvas prints. The 8"x8" print is fine but the 16" x 20" print is so pixelated I can't even use it. Easy Canvas Prints was quick at addressing my issue but the solution is for me to send a higher resolution version and still pay an additional $10 for S&H. I just wish they had a warning like other companies use before I ordered that the picture would be pixelated. I don't care to spend an additional $10 to get the print I expected to get in the first place. There's just better companies to use out there.”
