“I wrote Customer Service and I tried to call but your lines aren’t working. The three metal prints I need to return because the quality is subpar. How do I do this? No one ever responded via email chat or on the phone. I’m very unhappy with the product sent. The canvases are good. The metal prints were horrible.”

“I wanted to make a bridal wall collage of my children and grandchildren. I bought the canvas prints from easy canvas and put them in floating frames. Came out very well. I’m quite pleased with the prints and shipping. Very well packaged and you couldn’t beat the price on their prints! I tried to load up a photo of the wall, but it would not let me post it. Take my word for it, it looks great.”

“Wasn't as expected - thought it would be a 5x 7 flat metal photo to put at the cemetery. Never realized it had a large hanger on the back. Guess I didn't read that part. I will try to make it work as I intended.”
