“I’ve been a loyal Easy Canvas customer for years, but this most recent experience was shockingly bad. It honestly felt like they’d never printed a canvas before. I uploaded a high-resolution image—exactly as I always have—and placed an order totaling $179 for multiple items. When the canvases arrived, the colors were nowhere close to the original file. This wasn’t a subtle shift or a “print variation.” The difference was obvious and unacceptable. What followed was even worse. It took six separate calls just to get them to follow through on their voice and email promises to have the issue reviewed and resolved by their so-called “art department.” They asked me to send photos of the prints next to the original color proof—which I did—so the discrepancies were crystal clear. To sanity-check myself, I ordered the exact same images from a competitor. Those prints arrived flawless. (Shutterfly, for the record.) After speaking with five different people and going in circles, I finally gave up and accepted a partial refund—far less than what I should have received—just to be done with it. Easy Canvas claims to have a “Customer Love” department, but there was very little love on display here. The quality has slipped. The service has slipped. And the experience was hugely disappointing. Goodbye, Easy Canvas. RIP.”

“I’m very unhappy that my order which I placed the first of December will not be here till after Christmas as this was is a gift. I see on other ads from here that you advertise if you get your order in by a certain date that you will receive it before Christmas! “All of the recent canvas prints I bought were Christmas gifts, all were enjoyed by the recipients, 4 in all. The prices were less than other companies, most of the canvases were delivered when expected, except for 1, came a few days later, only thing I dont like is what is charged for shipping, not 1 price, it changes depending on the price discount,If you pd a low price, then shipping will be HIGH, I will still order more in the future, makes a good gift.”
