“I used the 'free 11x14' deal instead of including an image on a larger order. I was disappointed to discover the it was actually more expensive to order the 11x14 with the 'free' deal due to the high price of shipping. I won't be using the deal again.”

“It was not easy to edit the collage prints. I wanted to also order smaller sizes of my collages to give as gifts, but your website would not allow me to order additional prints in smaller sizes. If that is an option, I could not find it. I clicked on everything that said "edit" and it was not possible.”

“Check out took 2 tries. The processing pink square just kept going. I went back and retried and it worked. When this happens I get nervous it will charge me twice.”

“my order was cancelled in error by Easy Canvas, takes up to 10days to refund money will not give me a code just to reorder. Had to start my order all over and wasnt offer any coupon or discount just a Sorry.”

“website doesn't allow you to put in coupon codes. My phone had an advertisement for free shipping but I had my photos saved on my computer. So once I logged in on the customer there was no way to access the free shipping promotion. Website also didn't have your return policy. There is no reassurance on your page about quality guaranteed.”

“This is for the ordering process. I was having a problem with my PayPal account, so I had to exit the site several times. Two times I tried to check out I got a different total. I gave up because my PayPal didn't work. I got a new email from website which added 12.99 shipping! I went back to the Brad's Deals website and completed my purchase with original price and free shipping!!”
