“I am not happy with services, I ordered prints and paid for Rush order, that said it would be before Christmas guaranteed, Now it's is not until the 30th of December, So company lied to me and took my money for rush order. I called and the gentleman said sorry but can't help me. I will never use your service again, don't like it when I am lied to, and take my money for services you cannot deliver.You will not get me as a return customer.And I hope others are cautious.”

“I’ve been a loyal Easy Canvas customer for years, but this most recent experience was shockingly bad. It honestly felt like they’d never printed a canvas before. I uploaded a high-resolution image—exactly as I always have—and placed an order totaling $179 for multiple items. When the canvases arrived, the colors were nowhere close to the original file. This wasn’t a subtle shift or a “print variation.” The difference was obvious and unacceptable. What followed was even worse. It took six separate calls just to get them to follow through on their voice and email promises to have the issue reviewed and resolved by their so-called “art department.” They asked me to send photos of the prints next to the original color proof—which I did—so the discrepancies were crystal clear. To sanity-check myself, I ordered the exact same images from a competitor. Those prints arrived flawless. (Shutterfly, for the record.) After speaking with five different people and going in circles, I finally gave up and accepted a partial refund—far less than what I should have received—just to be done with it. Easy Canvas claims to have a “Customer Love” department, but there was very little love on display here. The quality has slipped. The service has slipped. And the experience was hugely disappointing. Goodbye, Easy Canvas. RIP.”
