“To early until I get my products”

“I have had to cancel my original order and place a new order because of a "system glitch" on the computer system that showed that I selected Economy Shipping when in fact I had selected Rush Shipping and my original invoice shows that I had selected Rush Shipping. Will keep this in mind if I decide to do business with this company again because of the lack of assistance from the customer service department.”

“Got an email for a free 11x14. Not 2 min earlier I paid 12.99 for shipping. Same address same everything except this time I was charged 17.99 for shipping so in the past 24hrs- shipping has been 9.99, 12.99 and 17.99. Nothing has changed except the amount I was purchasing.”
