“I was supposed to get a free 11x14 canvas because I have purchased many from you. All you did was increase the shipping charge. I paid $17.99 to shop an 11x14 canvas. That is ridiculous. I have 2 more emails for a free 11x14 but I will not be ordering from you again. This is very shady how you work this. It should not matter if I am paying $0 or $19.99 for the canvas, the shipping should be the same.”
