As I took this policy out before I moved in to my new house, my correspondence address was different, having not changed this I did not receive a renewal quote and was only noted of automatic renewal and payment of my policy.
I contacted to change my correspondence address to my current and the property insured address, I had to do this twice as the town I like in Cupar was misspelt Cooper
I would recommended that if the correspondence address differs from the insured address (very common when moving house as insurance needs to be in place prior to moving in) that a reminder is sent out after 3 / 6 months go remind people to change address if required do that they get the best chance of receiving their renewal quote.”
