“The whole process was very simple, but due to my bank card being expired since I took my insurance out with them the year before it was 5 days before i noticed and had to call them. They also said I would only get proof of my no claims discount if I ever left them and it would only show up to a maximum of 5 years. I have had 8 years with no claims.
Good customer suervice though and promt at answering the calls.
